Day Two of the Pac-12 outdoor track and field championships concluded with Oregon leading on both the men’s and women’s sides.
The men’s team, with 67 points, has a seven point lead over Washington thanks to boosts from the long jump and decathlon, in which the Ducks finished 1-2. Ducks scored 18 points the long jump and 21 in the decathlon, in which they also had a sixth-place finisher.
The women’s team has a 16-point lead over Colorado and is heading into the final day of competition with 60 points. The women also went 1-2 in the long jump for 18 points, and they went 2-4 in the shot put. They scored in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and heptathlon as well.
