Men’s 110 hurdles: Oregon’s Cabral wins, but injures leg

Johnathan Cabral marked his final regular-season meet as an Oregon Duck at Hayward Field with a win in the men’s 110-meter hurdles Friday in the Oregon Twilight Meet.

He finished in 13.75 seconds, but pulled up grabbing his right hamstring at the finish line.   As soon as he left the track, he immediately reported to the medical staff. The extent of the injury is unknown.

Sullivan Stevens of Aerus Athletics finished second, a full second behind Cabral.

Third place belonged to Lewis & Clark sophomore Kodie Artner in 14.81.
