What Happened on Day 3 of the NCAA Championships

The Florida men’s track team won its fifth NCAA title Friday night at Hayward Field. The Gators finished with 54 points, 16 points ahead of second-place Texas.

Sprinter Joseph Fahnbulleh got the Gators 20 points by sweeping the 100- and 200-meter events.

The Gators capped off their night by setting a meet record in the 4×400 with a time of 2:58.88.
